Laravel Debugbar messages not showing
Meta Stack Overflow ,For me, auto-injecting DebugBar\DebugBar as suggested by my IDE did not automatically work, but gave this error. Changing it to Barryvdh\Debugbar\Facade as DebugBar solved the problem. Seems that there is a totally different package named "DebugBar" installed in the default Laravel configuration., Stack Overflow Public questions & answers , Stack Overflow help chat
if you want to show DebugBar this this process :
'providers' => [ ... Barryvdh\ Debugbar\ ServiceProvider::class, ]
'aliases' => [ ... 'DebugBar' => Barryvdh\ Debugbar\ Facade::class, ]
then in your controller write
app('debugbar') - > error('Watch out..');
composer require barryvdh / laravel - debugbar--dev // config/app.php // ServiceProviders Barryvdh\ Debugbar\ ServiceProvider::class, // Facades 'Debugbar' => Barryvdh\ Debugbar\ Facade::class, php artisan vendor: publish--provider = "Barryvdh\Debugbar\ServiceProvider"
I have debugbar installed, and it is showing up. However, whenever I try to send a message to the console:,Change use Debugbar\Debugbar; to use Debugbar;,There is no error, but the message still does not appear,I have the following in my app.php:
I have debugbar installed, and it is showing up. However, whenever I try to send a message to the console:
use Debugbar\ Debugbar; .... Debugbar::info('this is info');
I have the DebugBar installed, and it's working and showing at the bottom of the screen. But I'm having trouble figuring out how to send messages to the console to show up under "Messages",but I'm getting the following error.,in your config/app.php. Also, please use the following instead of the string you wrote above:,For a full list of available testing methods take a look at the traits located at vendor/laravel/framework/src/Illuminate/Foundation/Testing
I've tried the following in my controllers...
use DebugBarDebugBar; .... DebugBar::addMessage('This is a message');
use DebugBarDebugBar; .... DebugBar::info('this is info');
but I'm getting the following error.
Call to undefined method DebugBarDebugBar::info()
my app.php has the following.
'providers' => [ ..... 'BarryvdhDebugbarServiceProvider', .... 'aliases' => [ .... 'DebugBar' => 'BarryvdhDebugbarFacade',
LogCollector: Show all Log messages,SwiftMailCollector and SwiftLogCollector for Mail,EventsCollector: Show all events,LogsCollector: Show the latest log entries from the storage logs. (disabled by default)

Messages is a special section, it’s only loaded by calling the facade from within your code.,Finally, if you wish to add the facades add this to the ‘aliases’ array:,I’m not sure the “real” name for this, but by clicking the folder icon you can see all previous requests. This is useful when performing ajax calls so you can get more information on the actual requests.,Now as long as your app is in debug mode the bar will already be loading showing some nice stats about the page you are viewing.
In your Laravel 5 project require the package:
1 composer require barryvdh / laravel - debugbar
I'm using Laravel 5 and would like to use the barryvdh/laravel-debugbar. After the installation and configuration the bar is not showing.,composer require barryvdh/laravel-debugbar --dev,Note, that it should also be possible to simply set the value to true without using the environment based configuration values.,I made a fresh Laravel 5 installation and installed the debugbar which works perfectly and showed my the debugbar. After executing the artisan commands:
composer require barryvdh / laravel - debugbar
Add the following lines to the config/app.php
'Barryvdh\Debugbar\ServiceProvider', 'Debugbar' => 'Barryvdh\Debugbar\Facade',
Further I execute:
php artisan vendor: publish
I made a fresh Laravel 5 installation and installed the debugbar which works perfectly and showed my the debugbar. After executing the artisan commands:
php artisan cache: clear
php artisan config: cache
