Have you tried using your machine's IP address instead of localhost? If you have a UNIX like machine the IP address can be found from the terminal using ifconfig command., I have not. How does one switch a web app from localhost to my machine's IP address? (Usually I just run npm start and it opens in localhost) – Harrison Feb 18 '20 at 19:55 ,In the Microsoft Azure Portal, there is a CORS tab that allows you to add domains to make cross-origin calls to your DB. However, localhost:3000/ is an "invalid origin" and is not allowed. Does that have something to do with it? Or is there something wrong with my code?
